PRODUCTION MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and organizing production schedules, forecasting demand for all lines of
production
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials in line with company standards
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Ensure stock rotation and stock planning. Follows minimum and maximum stocks
standards.
• Monitor daily reports from each section.
• Ensuring hygiene safety, quality and health standards are compiled at all the times.
• Previous experience in same position.
• Prefer background at catering, production facilities
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills .and able to communicate with all levels of the business.
• High tolerance for stress and ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision making
under pressure.
• Ensure all sales order are executed as per commitments.
• Ensure all dispatch order sent on timely manner
WHAT YOU WILL GET
The salary according to the results of the interview will be compatible with the market salary + Standard package of benefits for the Gulf countries:
- payment of the flight
- registration of work visa
- contract for 2 years with the possibility of renewal

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES
• Prefer background at catering, production facilities
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills .and able to communicate with all levels of the business.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management
• Years of Experience: Min: 10
• Nationality: Asian, European
